ST 450 Pneumatic Borewell Machine Fetures:
1. The drilling rig can drill through different strata. The drilling diameter can reach 305mm. When the final hole diameter is 115mm, the maximum depth can reach 300-600m.
2. The drilling rig adopts new hydraulic technology and is equipped with two high torque hydraulic motors. The torque can reach 8000n · M. the output speed of the main shaft is 52-135rpm to realize six-stage switching.
3. Two large bore high-pressure propulsion cylinders provide the drilling rig with a lifting force of up to 15 tons (lifting speed of 24 m / min) to ensure reliable propulsion and lifting force during deep hole operation.
4. The six cylinder turbocharged intercooled engine of Mingchang not only saves oil, but also provides sufficient power for the hydraulic system to ensure the rapid and effective operation of each hydraulic actuator.
5. The novel embedded slide mechanism makes the power head guide more accurate and reliable, and greatly increases the slide frame stroke (up to 6 meters of drill pipe can be installed), which is very convenient for users to connect and unload drill pipe and casing.
6. Four independently operated large bore hydraulic jack cylinders, and the main engine can rise and fall automatically through hydraulic drive; Users can choose high outriggers according to their own needs, and the lifting height can reach 1.5m. It can simply complete loading and unloading, and completely solve the troubles of user equipment transfer.
7. The four leg cylinders can be controlled separately to facilitate the adjustment of the vertical angle between the borehole and the ground during drilling, and ensure the stability of the whole machine during drilling.
8. The two-stage air filter intake design ensures the normal service life of diesel engine and air compressor under harsh construction conditions.
9. The main shaft of the power head realizes six gear rotation and stepless adjustable propulsion speed, which can meet the drilling needs of various complex strata such as soil layer and rock layer, so that the drill has a very wide range of applicability.
